| The SBBS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the African-American blues tradition. We sponsor and produce several major performances each year; bringing national and regional blues stars to Santa Barbara - over 100 distinguished artists over the years since 1977 - and we support the local blues scene through this website, the Blues Lovers email list, regular mail list, Blues News newsletter, other promotions, and informal gatherings. | ||||||||
